Worldwide Celiacs Unite

One of the things that I love about blogging is that you meet really cool and nice people. I've made some wonderful Celiac or gluten-free friends - we haven't met in person, but we visit each other regularly, by going to each other's blogs. It's really nice!

One of my favorite gluten free blogs to visit is Free To Eat. Lynn has a very funny sense of humor. I always laugh when I read her posts. I feel "sympatico" with her. When I visited her blog today, I noticed that a fellow Celiac blogger from Spain left her a comment. When I visited this Celiac blog from Spain, I was blown away by seeing how many other Celiac blogs and links there are in other countries. All you have to do is go to her link list and you'll be amazed. We're EVERYWHERE!!! That made me feel like I have family all over the world. What a good feeling! Even if I couldn't understand a word of her blog, I felt this overwhelming sense of camraderie.

Welcome Celiacs, one and all. May we all be healthy and happy. May we all find the loveliest loaves (a la Lynn) of our lives:).
