TTG down to 7

Just a quick post to tell all my friends that after almost 10 gluten free months, my TTG blood test results were stunningly wonderful. I started at 115 (normal is 19 or lower), lowered it to the mid-80's in about two months, then to the mid-60's in another two months, and then last week my TTG was 7! My doctor said I am a model Celiac patient and he wishes everyone were as compliant as me. I have been super duper careful at home AND away from home, and it has paid off. I have never cheated, not once. I've had a few unintentional gluten experiences, but nothing terrible.

So, if you're disillusioned, disappointed in yourself, can't believe you're making any progress, think again. It is worth your being really diligent and compliant. You are worth it!!!

Congrats! It took me about two years to go from 106 to 4.

  2. Congratulations! I'm with you, completely. What is the point of cheating, when we are only cheating ourselves?

Continue at your wonderful pace, my dear.
