Make Your Voice Count

Let's make our gluten free voices heard. Go here and take a very short survey (took me 3 or 4 minutes) and make sure our government hears you. This is a way to make your opinion count. There is a deadline, so please do this right away.

This has to do with the FDA's proposal for labeling products 'gluten-free'. Public comments on the proposal are due by 4/23/2007. The FDA has requested feedback from consumers on several issues relating to the gluten-free diet, and how individuals make choices about gluten-free products.
