To start with, I'm going to include a video that my husband made from a baking class I taught in September '09. It's actually a video montage, and doesn't feature any teaching! But he worked so hard on learning how to make the video that I really want to show it off! This is followed by a video on making gluten free granola and another one on making gluten free matzo.
